Longtime restauranteur, Joseph Freyre brings over 25 years of experience to Joseph's Restaurant & Bar. Joseph moved to the United States from Peru back in 1975. Throughout his life he held various positions in bars and restaurants, eventually serving as a Maitre D' at the Garden of the Gods Club in Colorado Springs and The Penrose Room in the world-famous Broadmoor Hotel. His hands-on experience in French cuisine has allowed him to become a talented master of his profession in addition to being a wine connoisseur.
Using a modern style of French cooking based on simply and imaginatively preparing the finest and freshest ingredients, Joseph created a savory menu by incorporating Novelle Cuisine: a style of French cuisine that entices diners from all over the world.
